Hours of availability: Monday – Friday 10am-4pm

Summary of the duties for which the manager or representative is responsible: collect and account for fees due the Association along with the Association, coordinate repairs and maintenance of Association property as directed by the Association, ensure laws and association rules and regulations are upheld, secure utilities and other services in the name of the Association as directed by the Association, generate and keep financial records as directed by the Association, manage lot owner requests and concerns, host Association documents on the Manager’s website
